We are an international supplier of polymeric solutions incorporating engineering grade plastic materials such as UHMW, Nylon and Delrin, both in natural and alloy forms. Under the MaxGlyde™ brand name we offer higher performance solutions using plastic alloys and incorporating multiple polymers into the final solution, depending upon the complexity of the application. Our primary focus is custom or made-to-print services employing the use of literally hundreds of different plastic alloys or blends such as oil-filled Nylon for spur gears, packaging applications and a variety of high temperature, thermally stable materials for the high technology fields. We also manufacture a number of MaxGlyde™ hybrid products for the water treatment and wood products industries, designed for lightweight, high-load and long life in an unusually corrosive environment. We are dedicated to resolving wear problems, particularly in water treatment, worldwide, in meeting the needs of the OEM and MRO market places. Sprockets, wall bearings, wear shoes and WWT accessories made from high performance, industrial grade engineered polymers are manufactured and stocked in our own facilities.
